After payment, your appointment is reserved and reviewed by ECHOLOGISTS. We aim to confirm the appointment within 24–48 hours and then send a unique private meeting link.
Sessions are led by experienced cardiac sonographers and educators from the ECHOLOGISTS team, including professionals with credentials such as RDCS and CRCS.
A unique private meeting link is emailed after the appointment is confirmed. It also appears securely under My Account → Bookings.
Yes. At least 24 hours’ notice is required for a full refund. Rescheduling and late-cancellation requests are reviewed according to availability.
Contact ECHOLOGISTS as soon as possible. Same-day rebooking may not guaranteed and may depend on availability of educators. We do our best to work with your circumstances of the missed session.

What we are looking for
- At least 2–3 years of relevant cardiac-sonography or cardiovascular-education experience.
- A recognized professional credential, registration, or equivalent subject-matter expertise.
- Ability to create original course material, presentations, exercises, and case-based learning resources.
- Teaching, mentoring, clinical-precepting, tutoring, or learner-support experience.
- Reliable availability, professional communication, and a learner-first approach.
- Commitment to privacy, de-identification, educational-use boundaries, and ECHOLOGISTS quality standards.
Applications are reviewed for subject expertise, teaching fit, availability, and alignment with the educational standards of ECHOLOGISTS.
